Samir was born in Delhi in 1970 and completed his graduation in arts from College of Arts, New Delhi. He did a lot of solo exhibitions on his record and participated in many group exhibitions all over the Country. He is famous for his watercolor paintings and received many awards for his outstanding works. Now he is a resident of Delhi.
