He is a Graduate in Fine Arts from Indian College of Arts, Kolkata and has participated in several Art Exhibitions all over India. He has held Solo and Group Shows in Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and New Delhi Viz. Jehangir Art Gallery, Bajaj Art Gallery, The Heritage, Krishna Collection Art Gallery etc. and recently in Triveni Gallery in April, 2005. He has been awarded the Certificate of Merit by Govt. of West Bengal and Indian College of Arts, Kolkata.
