N.Rajeshwar was born and brought up in Manipur and graduated from the Govt. College of Art, Imphal. He did his masters degree from the College of Art, New Delhi. He has participated in many group shows and art camps. He is famous for his paintings based on society. He lives and works in Delhi. He has won the best young painter award in 1990 from All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society.
