He was born in Assam in 1968 and did his MFA from Rabindra Bharti University, Calcutta. He has done three solo and seven group shows on his record and has participated in several art camps organized by state academies. He is experimenting with our old traditions with today's contemporary society and expresses his views through the canvas. He lives and paints in Kolkata. He is famous for his MYTH series.
