Vigyan Vrat was born on 17th of august 1943. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts from Agra College in 1966. He has many solo exhibitions on his records and participated in plenty of Group exhibitions and Art camps. He is also a poet by profession and three of his books have been published. He lives and works in Noida.
