Job Description:

• Overseeing operations of Housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure quality delivery odf services at PBC, To also ensure that PBC is cleaned and maintained as per 5 star Hotel Standards.
• Responsible for administration, implementation of all operational and control systems for the smooth functioning of PBC to ensure service delivery.
• Responsible for Quality Planning, document and data control, control of standards and codes and Quality records.
• To define and monitor service specification along with Quality Assurance.
• Ensure correct recording of services provided & effective handling of customer requests and complaints. Corrective and preventive action.
• Responsible for purchasing and evaluation of subcontractors for housekeeping and maintenance services.
• Monitor sub contracted services to ensure conformance to specific requirement of service quality.
• Staff selection and training of Housekeeping staff.
• Responsible for making annual budgets.
• Develop, document and implement procedures and member of management review committee.
• Contract review for facilities.
• Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements.
• Implementation of Quality Certifications Systems relating to the department.
• Billing details and accounts receivables.
• Ensure that the service environment is hygienic, and that the personal hygiene of the staff is adequate.

Desired Profile
Education: Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/BHM
Experience: 5-7years of relevant experience.
He/She should have excellent communication skills with hands on experience in Housekeeping in a five star hotel or a building.
