Manager F&B (OPS & Production) (Job Code: FB/M/01)
Job Description:
- To plan, organise and develop effective restaurant operations progamme.
- Development and implementation of procedures, methods and systems to improve the working of the units in accordance with the Company’s objectives/vision.
- Regular analysis of the quality of customer services in the restaurants on the basis of feed back from various sources and accordingly preparation of the corrective plan and implementation thereof.
- Shall identify on regular basis the areas of potential clientele.
- Menu Planning, Development and standardization of new food products.
- Shall develop the systems for effective utilization of available resources.
- Regular analysis of the various reports sent by the F&B, Food Cost, Spoilage, Variance, Delayed discounts, etc and accordingly formulate a plan to meet any corrective action if required and ensure that the food cost, variance, spoilage are maintained at the minimum level. Regular inventory of all operating supplies and equipment as per requirements set for different departments of the Company.
- Ensuring that all raw and finished materials and stock of F&B in production and service areas are of the finest quality and conform to the requirements as laid down under the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954.
Desired Profile
Education: Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/BHM
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in hospitality, service industry.
Executive - Marketing F&B (Job Code: FB/M/02)
Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall growth of the Department.
- Responsible for developing Café Einstein as a specialty chain of restaurants.
- Responsible for bring in Business for ODC.
- Implementation of all operational and control systems for the smooth functioning of the departments.
- To ensure service delivery in accordance with specific requirements of the clients.
- Responsible for purchasing and evaluation of subcontractors for F&B department.
Desired Profile
Education: Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/BHM
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in hospitality, service industry. Should know about Marketing F&B products.
