Job Description:

• Develop and implement, in consultation with the Advisor and the space marketing partner, the marketing activity plan for GreenSpaces.
• Coordinate with and assist the Advisor in identification of, establishing contact with and concluding MoUs with partners for GreenSpaces for providing various systems, products, technologies and services (currently ongoing activity).
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Understanding of the role and basic components of a marketing plan
• Ability to develop, independently and in conjunction with third parties, marketing material required – presentations, mailers, brochures, ads, etc. in both hard and soft forms.
• Ability to define and implement marketing processes especially those relating to direct marketing – generation of lists of target customers, establishing contact through e-mail, internet, direct mail, telemarketing, etc., developing and fine tuning the sales “story”, tracking responses and following up on leads generated, converting interested prospects into customers, etc.

Desired Profile
Education: Graduate /Post graduate program in management / marketing / advertising & communication/direct marketing.
Experience: 3 years in any or more of the marketing areas mentioned above.

Job Description:

• Responsible for renovation and modification in the upcoming project.
• Responsible for quality planning for the project.
• Responsible for purchasing and subcontractor evaluation for the project.
• Responsible for administration, implementation of all operational systems and applicable parts of the quality system for the smooth functioning of the project.
• Oversee operations of construction and engineering.
• Responsible for Liaison- Dealing with External agencies & Government bodies - Fire Control Dept., Pollution Control Board, Labour Department, and telephone department officials, Police officials, etc related to project.

Desired Profile
Education: B.E. (Civil) with MBA
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in project management and implementation
