Benchmarking PBC HR remuneration package at least once a year to understand where we are vis-à-vis the market & to make recommendations accordingly, as part of the review of compensation & benefits.
Conducting ESS & climate surveys to ascertain employee aspiration & then conduct a gap analysis with a plan to ensure all gaps are filled as per the company policy.
Completing recruitments on a time frame basis & not something that goes on endlessly and ensure effective use of job portals.
Training identification for current as well as future role of individuals in conformance with the company's goals thus aligning training requirements with future goals.
Drawing up job specifications and identification of job responsibilities and authorities for each placement.
Achieve the annual HR budget & will be responsible for the budgetary process.
To ensure the appraisal system is done in a timely manner & the system recognizes & rewards the winners & people who are not contributing positively to the growth of the organization are ejected out of the system.
Identification of career needs and develop a clear career path for each employee.
Providing proactive support to the management in designing future objectives of the organization aligned with the business growth.
To model the Human Resource Department so that it contributes tangibly in terms of maximizing organizational design and efficiency.

Desired Profile Education: MBA in HR or equivalent Experience: 8-10 yrs of experience
