Job Description:

• Responsible for establishing business strategies to aggressively exploit the potential use of network and communication services by PBC clients from their home and office.
• Responsible for designing, executing and managing communication infrastructure for use of inhouse clients. This includes PSTN,LAN and WAN networks.
• Responsible for keeping pace with the latest networking technologies.
• Responsible for negotiations and finalization of deals with the various wholesalers of bandwidth and DSL.
• Responsible for ensuring the complete security of the PBC network.
• Responsible for interaction with customers for providing them with customized networking solutions.
• Responsible for the profitability of IndianSpiderTM.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for managing international communications infrastructure consisting of links to other ISPs as well as own international gateway.
• Liasioning with various statutory bodies i.e. TRAI, DOT, ISPAI, etc. for ensuring adherence to the various legal requirements.

Desired Profile
Education: B.E (Computers/Information Technology)/MCA/Any relevant degree in Information Technology or computers, CCNA, CCNP
Experience:4-7 years in relevant experience in heading an ISP (Category B) set up.
