Insight Back To PBC
Key to Success

PBC™-STIP emphasizes on environment policy, especially towards Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). We have a full fledged IAQ department, CleanAir™, for monitoring and maintaining IAQ inside PBC™-STIP, according to ASHRAE standards for better working environment.

The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) prescribes a certain permissible level of pollutants for a better working environment. The table below is representative of IAQ.

Pollutant ASHRAE Standard Ambient Level Inside PBC Building
Suspended Particulate Matter 75µg/m3 382µg/m3 63µg/m3
Carbon Monoxide 10µg/m3 0.05µg/m3 0.071µg/m3
Sulphur Dioxide 80µg/m3 12µg/m3 *BDL
Nitrogen Dioxide 100µg/m3 24µg/m3 22µg/m3
Carbon Dioxide Max 700ppm excess of Ambient CO2 level 550ppm 740ppm
* These clearly show that the IAQ reading at PBC are much below the permissible levels of ASHRAE
